TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of goatcrafting.com (the "Site") and the GoatCrafting mobile game for Android (the "Game"), both operated by GoatPlay Studios. By using the Site or playing the Game you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

GoatCrafting is a block-building adventure distributed exclusively through Google Play. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google's own terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game on Android devices you own or control, for your private entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile or reverse-engineer the Game except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Fair play

When using the Game you agree not to:

cheat, exploit bugs for advantage or use unauthorized tools;
disrupt the service or other players;
use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend access to the Game where these rules are seriously or repeatedly broken.

4. Purchases

The Game is free to download. If optional in-app purchases are offered, they are billed by Google Play under Google's payment terms, and refunds are handled through Google Play's refund policies.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, the Site and all their content — code, pixel art, characters, names and logos, including GoatCrafting and GoatPlay Studios — belong to GoatPlay Studios. GoatPlay Studios is an independent studio, not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and the Game are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free — though our goats work hard on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoatPlay Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. The current version will always live on this page with its date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
