How do I restore my purchases?

Sign in with the same account you used to buy, open the Premium screen in the game and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play); coins and Premium go to your game account. To manage or cancel the Premium subscription, use your store: on iPhone and iPad, Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.

I changed or reset my device. How do I get my account back?

Your online progress lives in your account, not on the device. On iPhone and iPad sign in to the same Game Center or Apple ID; on Android, to the same Google Play Games profile; on Mac and Windows, with your goatcrafting email and password (you can reset the password from the sign-in screen). To move an Android or PC account to an iPhone, ask for a link code on the old device and enter it on the new one. If you are still stuck, write to us with your player name.

How do I delete my account?

In the game: Settings > Account > Delete account. You can also do it at goatcrafting.com/delete-account. Deleting the account does not cancel a Premium subscription: cancel it in your store first.
